Parking, Refreshment and Washroom Facilities (<1 acre)
If sport fields are to be provided, the Zoar Valley Gateway would also need to include ample parking, washrooms and refreshment facilities. Specifics such as the number of parking spaces needed, as well as the number and size of restrooms and refreshment facilities, can only be determined at the time of Final Design.
