Motorcycle parade makes its way toward town.
The motorcycle parade works its way down East Main and onto the bridge in the center of town in route to West Main.
Parade enters Main Street.
Here, the parade enters West Main Street to begin the 4th Annual Harley Happening. The barricade seen in the lower corner of the picture marked the start of the closed off section of the street which serves as a exclusive parking area for motorcycles.
A first look at the new ber garden.
Here is a first look at the new beer garden. For this year's event, the Harley Happening planing committee has taken over complete control of all of the vending areas in order to assure an efficient and coordinated means of providing patrons with the best overall experience possible. Part of that has included this re-designed area for beer sales.
Joe Wagner performs in beer garden.
Always a favorite, Joe Wagner & Co. perform for the Preview Night crowd in the east end of the beer garden. On Saturday and Sunday bands will be performing on the all new festival sound stage.
Night scene from Main Street
This is West Main Street around 10 p.m. on Friday night. There are still many motorcycles parked in their reserved parking area. As you may be able to see, the Time & Temperature sign by Community Bank is showing a very comfortable 68 degrees at this point in the night.
This is another view of the West Main motorcycle parking area on Friday night. Taken from near the barricades at the beginning of the Street looking west down the center of the street. 10 p.m. on Friday night
