Couple exchange vows in Irving
The Church of the Good Shepherd in Irving was the setting for the June 17 wedding of Stephanie Mae Cooper and Charles Alexander Reims. The Reverend Roland Cooper officiated for the double-ring ceremony uniting his daughter and Mr. Reims.
The bride wore a strapless white satin gown with a pearl and sequin embroidered bodice, split skirt and embroidered chapel-length train. She carried a bouquet of white roses and lilies accented with blue roses and greens.
Maid of honor was Nicole Cooper, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Carolyn Zampaloni, sister of the bride; Elizabeth Kenjockety, aunt of the bride; Nicole Yasurek, friend of the bride; Emily Fuchs, cousin of the bride; Jessica Fuchs, cousin of the bride; and Sarah Miller, cousin of the groom.
Best man was Brandon Nephew, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Douglas Castellano, friend of the groom; Nathan Miller, cousin of the groom; Jeremy Hubbard, friend of the groom; Tristan Hubbard, friend of the groom; Jesse Reynolds, friend of the groom; and Dan Castellano, friend of the groom.
Ring bearer was Daunte Reims, son of the bride and groom. Flower girl was Brianna Kenjockety, cousin of the bride.
Christopher Zampaloni, brother-in-law of the bride, assisted the Rev. Cooper and gave readings. Also giving readings during the ceremony were Jeannette Cooper, mother of the bride; Janet Reims, mother of the groom; and Bill Reims, father of the groom.
Present at the ceremony were the groom’s grandfather, Lawrence Brasseur; the bride’s grandfather, Merton Delcamp; the bride’s grandmother, Virginia Cooper; and the bride’s great-grandmother, Virginia Snow.
Following the ceremony, the bridal party was transported to the American Legion where the reception was held.
The newlyweds traveled to Oklahoma for their honeymoon and are currently residing in Gowanda.
