Tim and Pam Kardeen of Collins, along with Jack and Debbie Wells of Gowanda, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Megan L. Richter and Philip A. Wells.

     Miss Richter is currently a sophomore at Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA. Mr. Wells is a corporal in the United States Marine Corps, stationed at 29 Palms, CA.

     The wedding is set to take place at Frances Danter Memorial Park in Langford in July 2005.
