Mr. and Mrs. David Smith of Berkeley Springs, WV, announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa, to John Giglio, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Giglio of Collins.

     The bride-to-be is attending East Carolina University. Her fiance is in the U.S. Marine Corps and is stationed in Cherry Point, NC.

     A June wedding is being planned.
