Michael and Linda Edwards of Scio announce the engagement of their daughter, Jaci Jean, to Jayson Howard Colvin, the son of Brian and Anna Colvin of South Dayton.

     Miss Edwards is a 1995 graduate of Scio Central School and a 2000 graduate of Hubert College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She is employed as a customs officer for the United States Customs Service in Buffalo.

     Her fiance is a 1996 graduate of Pine Valley Central School and a 2001 graduate of Hilbert College where he also earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He is employed by Sears Roebuck and Company in Hamburg as a loss prevention manager.

     A February 2005 wedding is planned in Scio.
