Engagement

announced
     Heather Lyn Gorka, daughter of Robert and Karen Gorka of Dunkirk, and Ralph William Stronner, son of William and Catherine Stronner of Gowanda, announce their engagement.

     The bride-to-be is a 1996 graduate of Fredonia High School and 2000 alumna of SUNY Fredonia, where she earned a bachelor of science degree. In 2002, she earned her master’s degree in social work from SUNY at Buffalo. Ms. Gorka is employed by Chautauqua Opportunities, Inc. as a mental health specialist.

     Mr. Stronner is a 1992 graduate of Gowanda Central School and alumnus of Hilbert College, earning a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He is employed by New York State.

     An October 2004 wedding is planned.
