Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Hess and Mr. and Mrs. Roland Hill, all of Cattaraugus, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Diane Hess and David Hill.

     Miss Hess is a substitute teacher at Cattaraugus-Little Valley Central School.

     Mr. Hill is employed at Fitzpatrick and Weller in Ellicottville.

     A July 2004 wedding is being planned.
