Engagement Brian Pound/Sara Bowley

Mr. and Mrs. Timothy D. Bowley of Randolph announce the engagement of their daughter, Sara Ann, to Brian R. Pound, son of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Pound of Gowanda.      Miss Bowley is a 1995 graduate of Randolph Central School, and earned her bachelor's degree in biochemistry from Russell Sage College in 1999. After serving two years in AmeriCorps, she attended SUNY at Buffalo to obtain teacher certification in chemistry. The bride is currently pursuing her master's degree in chemistry from SUNY Fredonia and will serve as a graduate assistant in the chemistry department this coming fall.      Mr. Pound is a 1993 graduate of Gowanda Central School and earned his bachelor's degree in environmental resource and forest engineering from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry in 1997. In 2000, he received his master's degree in environmental engineering from Syracuse University. He is currently employed by Tolman Engineering, PLLC in Jamestown as a civil engineer.      The couple is planning an August wedding at the Jamestown Community Chapel.
