Airman Kristeen Bessette graduated July 4 from Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio,Texas after six weeks of basic training.
Bessette’s flight squadron 324 TRS “Knights” won the Fitness Excellence and Honor Flight Award. She is currently at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas, attending technical school for Aerospace Medical Service Apprentice training.
Bessette, daughter of Joe and Louanne Lyndsley of Gowanda, is a 2005 graduate of Gowanda Central School.
