Hunter House - Established some time in the 1880's, the Hunter House is situated at 29 South Water St. Owned by Mr. and Mrs Michael Hunter, the hotel faces the creek and offers food and lodging to visitors of the village. According to an account dated 1904, healthy 73-year-old Michael Hunter, hotelier, occasional auctioneer and former supervisor of North Collins, passes away suddenly at his place of business.
