Tri-County Pennysaver - Production of the paper, established and owned by Lewis Stoll, takes place on his farm on Versailles-Silver Creek Road. Under the management of Dick and Alberta Stoll, the shopping guide takes shape, by hand, in the basement. (file photos.)
