Big Falls - A popular destination for summer hikers, the Big Falls on the South Branch of Cattaraugus Creek has attracted visitors for generations. Those who have made the trek in warm weather can surely appreciate the effort involved in toting camera photographic equipment up the creek in the middle of the winter. This rare view is on a glass negative from the Ben Behan Collection at the Gowanda Area Historical Society Museum, courtesy of longtime Gowanda historian Jean Hillis.
