Gowanda Basketball Team, 1936-37 - Gowanda High School’s boys basketball team defended their championship title in 1937 with a 5-3 record in the Western Division, Class A, Cattaraugus County League. Two of their losses were to undefeated Ellicottville, the Class B champions.
