Karl L. Rothfuss, 92, of Collins Center, died August 21, 2009 at The Homestead in Penn Yan.
     Mr. Rothfuss was an engineer at O’Hare International Airport, Chicago, Ill. and a WWII U.S. Army veteran.
     He was the husband of the late Hilde Rothfuss; son of the late Oscar and Jennie (Johnson) Rothfuss; brother of Walter Rothfuss of Aiken, S.C. and Hazel Rothfuss, 411 Clinton St., Penn Yan, NY 14527; also survived by several nephews.
     Arrangements were by Mentley Funeral Home Inc., Gowanda.
