Thomas S. Dotson, 50, of Salamanca, died July 27, 2008.
     Mr. Dotson was a surveyor’s assistant at Seneca Nation of Indians and a U.S. Army veteran.
     He was a member of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church and American Legion Hughes-Skiba Post #535.
     He was the husband of Sandra “Sue” West Lore Dotson; son of the late Thomas and Margaret “Peggy” Velie Dotson; father of Thomas (Meredith) Dotson Jr. of Atlanta, Ga., Sean (Brynne) Dotson of Cleveland, Ohio and Danielle (Frank) Bleyman of Hinesville, Ga.; brother of Debora (Tom) Scott of Salamanca and Nancy (Jim) Hamacher of Great Valley; also survived by 11 grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.
     Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mary’s Episcopal Church, 99 Wildwood Ave., Salamanca, Home Care & Hospice, 1225 W. State St., Olean or Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
