Irene J. Kendall, 76, of Springville, formerly of Gowanda, died Aug. 1, 2008 at Jennie B. Richmond Nursing Home in Springville.
     She was the wife of the late Robert Kendall; daughter of the late Clarence and Mildred (Smith) Lux; mother of Robert C. Kendall III of Buffalo, Clarence “Bill” (Denise) Kendall of West Valley, Darlene Bridges of Perry, Cheryl (Curt John) Kendall of Gowanda and the late Lorraine; sister of Patricia (Dave) Smith of Buffalo, Jan Morse of Springville, the late Maynard Lux and Arlene Grainger; also survived by nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson and several nieces and nephews.
