Beverly L. (Barber) Cavanaugh, 72, of Gowanda, died July 31, 2008 at Mercy Hospital, in Buffalo.
     Mrs. Cavanaugh was employed at the former Ames Department Store in Collins.
     She was a member of Gowanda Moose Lodge #1382 and the Limestone American Legion Auxiliary.
     She was the wife of the late Robert Cavanaugh; daughter of the late Ray and Gertrude (Potter) Barber; mother of Emily Cavanaugh of Gowanda; sister of JoAnne Maitland of Ashville, the late Harold Willard and Helen Walker; also survived by one grandson and two nephews.
     Contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home or to a charity of one’s choice.
     Arrangements were by Schindler Funeral Home, Gowanda.
