Shirley Ann Bigler, 66, of Youngstown, OH, formerly of Forestville, died Feb. 16, 2006.
Mrs. Bigler was born in theTown of Portland and attended Forestville Central School, She worked for Willcare in Dunkirk, the former May’s Diner in Silver Creek, and retired from Pleasantview Nursing Home in Mt. Airy, MD.
She was a member of Forestville United Methodist Church. Her hobbies included crocheting and collecting porcelain dolls.
She was the wife of the late Frank H. Bigler; daughter of the late Fred and Minnie (Dewey) Spoon; mother of Norma Jean Loverme of Ft. Myers, FL, Elmer A. Hoffman Jr. of Youngstown, OH; stepmother of Jackie Weisz of Pittsburgh, PA, Kathy Winkelmann of Newport, NC, Larry Bigler, Jerry Bigler, and the late Danny and Denny Bigler; sister of Darlene Shevlin of Forestville, William (Yvonne) Spoon of Lakewood, and the late Earldine Christensen, Fred Spoon Jr., James D. Spoon and Robert R. Spoon; and daughter-in-law of Jessie I. Bigler of New Windsor, MD; also survived by 20 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
