Norman E. Dominesey
October 31, 1922 - February 19, 2006

     Norman E. Dominesey, 83, of East Aurora, died Feb. 19, 2006 at the New York State Veterans Home in Batavia.
     Mr. Dominesey attended Attica Central High School. He served with the US Coast Guard as a Seaman, Second Class (Reserve), and worked as a Tool & Die Maker at Ford Stamping Plant in Buffalo until his retirement in 1982.
     He was a member of Immaculate Conception RC Church in East Aurora and belonged to the Senior Citizens of East Aurora and Byrncliff Golf Course Thursday League. He was also a member of UAW Local 897 in Woodlawn, American Legion Post 362 in East Aurora, and a lifetime member of Disabled American Veterans and Moose Lodge 370 of East Aurora.
     He was the husband of Patricia J. (Noecker) Dominesey; son of the late Edna (Smith) and Clarence Dominesey; father of Patricia (Kenneth) Kota of Gowanda, Catherine (Michael) Schutrum of Huntersville, NC, Prudence (Michael) McCarthy of Saratoga Springs, James (Susan) Dominesey of Chesapeake, VA, Norman (Tricia) Dominesey of Knotts Island, NC, Thomas (Sylvia) Dominesey of Manhattan Beach, CA, Vincent (Sherryl) Dominesey of Tonawanda, and the late Mary Lou Urbaczewski and Michael Dominesey; brother of Bernice (late Robert) McCormick of Strykersville, Carl (Marie) Dominesey and Earl (Jean) Dominesey, both of Sheldon; and father-in-law of Simon Urbaczewski; also survived by 30 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
     Arrangements were by Wood Funeral Home, East Aurora.
