Marie A. (Schuster) Bartlett, 70, of Gowanda, died Feb. 15, 2006.
     Mrs. Bartlett had been employed at the Gowanda Elementary School, Super Duper in Gowanda and Ames in Collins. She was a member of St. Joseph’s R.C. Church in Gowanda and its Altar and Rosary Society. She was also a member of the Gowanda VFW Auxiliary. Mrs. Bartlett loved to cook and fish.
     She was the wife of John Y. Bartlett; daughter of the late Richard and Marie (Petz) Schuster; mother of Thomas (Julie) Bartlett of Dunkirk, John Bartlett Jr. of Lawtons, Gary (Linda) Bartlett of Olean, James (Lori) Bartlett of Perrysburg, Laurie (Miguel) Negron of Puerto Rico, and the late Patricia Bartlett; and sister of Kenneth Schuster, Donald (Carol) Schuster, Raymond (Jeanette) Schuster, Norman (Julie) Schuster, Irma (Dick) Thomas, Arlene (James) Martin and Rosemary Schuster, all of Gowanda, David Schuster of Collins, Richard (Betsy) Schuster of Florida, and the late Geraldine Sprawka; also survived by nine grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.
     Memorials may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute or the American Cancer Society.
     Arrangements were by the Mentley Funeral Home, Inc., Gowanda.
