Lisa Ann (Koch) Farnham, 42, of Cherry Creek, died Oct. 9, 2005 at Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo.
     She was the daughter of Patricia (Butcher) Koch of South Dayton and the late John Koch Sr.; mother of Drew W. Farnham and Danae N. Farnham, both of Palmetto, FL, and Chelsie A. Martino of Las Vegas; companion of Daniel C. Schimek of Cherry Creek, and sister of Jody (Gene) Bailen of Fredonia and John H. Jr. (Christine) Koch of Port Byron.
     Arrangements were by the Hills Funeral Chapel, South Dayton.
