Phillip D. Farnham
October 2, 1910 - October 1, 2005

     Phillip D. Farnham, 94, a resident of the Lake Shore Nursing Home, Irving, formerly of Silver Creek, died Oct. 1, 2005.
     Mr. Farnham was a truck driver for several years and later became a mechanic for Chautauqua Truck in Dunkirk, retiring in 1983. He enjoyed watching baseball, especially the New York Yankees. He also enjoyed bowling and working in his yard.
     He was the husband of the late Allene (Stafford) Farnham; son of the late Jesse and Eugenia (Moore) Farnham; and father of Sandra J. Lilley of Silver Creek and Darrel E. Farnham of Bemus Point; also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
     Memorials may be made to the Silver Creek Emergency Squad.
     A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, Oct. 9 at 1:30 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church.
