Leufanas Chambos, 81, of Forestville, formerly of Buffalo, died July 26, 2005 following a lengthy illness.
     Mr. Chambos was a graduate of the University of Buffalo, where he received a master’s degree. He was a science teacher at LaSalle Senior High School in Niagara Falls for 25 years. Mr. Chambos belonged to the Hellenic Orthodox Church of the Annunciation in Buffalo and was an avid Buffalo Bills fan.
     He was the husband of Katherine (Kowalski) Chambos; son of the late Samuel and Athena Chambos; father of Samuel Chambos, James Chambos, Patricia, Barbara and Linda; and brother of Bessie, and the late Frances Tiszuz and Helen Raywower; also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
     Memorials may be made to the Hellenic Orthodox Church of the Annunciation, 146 West Utica St., Buffalo, NY 14222.
     Arrangements were by the Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, Forestville.
