Mr. Tooley had attended Christ Chapel Wesleyan Church in Silver Creek. He enjoyed card collecting, video games and being with people.
He was the son of Wayne and Dorothea (Stafford) Tooley of Forestville; brother of Stephen Tooley of Forestville; grandson of Carlus Tooley of Forestville and Maynard Stafford of Silver Creek; also survived by one nephew, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
