Daniel W. Lowe, 78, of Silver Creek, died Feb. 27, 2005 at the Lake Shore Nursing Home in Irving.
     Mr. Lowe served in the U.S. Army during World War II with the Military Police where he received the Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal and World War II Victory Medal.
     He was also a 25-year employee of General Motors Tonawanda Power Train Plant in Tonawanda.
     He was the husband of the late Lois (Service) Lowe: son of the late John and Elizabeth Lowe; father of Sharon Stebbins of Ocala, FL, Barbara Kaminsky of Forestville, Daniel (Patty) Lowe of Irving, and the late Donald Lowe; and brother of the late John, Paul, Alfred, Robert, David, Elizabeth and Edith Lowe; also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
     Arrangements were by the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, Silver Creek.
