Leo W. Blatner, 70, of Gowanda, died Oct. 24, 2004, following an automobile accident.
     Mr. Blatner was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict.
     He was a maintenance supervisor for the former Moench Tanning Co. of Gowanda and continued working part-time following his retirement.
     He was the husband of Janice K. (Brown) Blatner; son of Marian J. (Smith) Blatner of Gowanda and the late William F. Blatner; and brother of Keith Blatner of Pullman, WA and Shirlea Roman of Jamestown; also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
     Memorials may be made to the Gowanda Ambulance Service or the Gowanda Volunteer Fire Department.
     Arrangements were by the Schindler Funeral Home, Gowanda.
