Betty Christine (Griewisch) Ehmke, 86, of Silver Creek, died Oct. 25, 2004.
     Mrs. Ehmke was a homemaker and had been a receptionist at the Forbes & Wagner Company in Silver Creek.
     She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter No. 288 and had served as matron.
     She was also a member of the Sweet Adelines, a member of the First United Church in Silver Creek and was an officer and choir member for many years. Mrs. Ehmke was an avid bridge player.
     She was the wife of the late Paul Gilbert Ehmke; daughter of the late Hubert "Dutch” and Annette (Ielfield) Griewisch; mother of Sandra Schober of Silver Creek and Sally Morris of Spencerport; and sister of the late Jack (Beef) and Rod Griewisch; also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
     Arrangements were by the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, Silver Creek.
