Mrs. Goran worked as a teacher’s aide at Gowanda Central School. Following her retirement, she volunteered to help at the Gowanda schools. She was a member of the Collins Center United Methodist Church and formerly belonged to the Gowanda Buffalo Bills Backers.
She was the wife of the late Gurney O. Goran Jr.; daughter of the late Perrin S. and Dorothy (Reynolds) Kelley; mother of Jackie (Jim) McLean of Collins, Paula Goran of Eden, Jerry (Chris) Goran of Ohio and Pat (Lynette) Goran of Georgia; and sister of Marilyn K. Bobseine of Gowanda; also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Memorials may be made in June’s name to the SPCA of Western New York, 205 Ensminger Rd., Tonawanda, NY 14150.
Arrangements were by the Mentley Funeral Home Inc., Gowanda.
