Mr. Plummer was a steel worker, retiring from Bethlehem Steel in Lackawanna in the 1970s after 30 years of service.
He was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Silver Creek. Mr. Plummer was an avid Yankees fan and enjoyed carpentry, playing cards and bowling.
He was the husband of Tina (Costanza) Plummer; son of the late Joseph and Mary (Baloma) Plummer; father of Joseph R. of Pasadena, CA, Marie Catalano of Seabring, FL, and the late Richard; and brother of Mary Elardo of Angola, and the late Sarah Zoda, Rose Zoda, Santo, Sam, Charlie and Michael; also survived by one grandson, one great-grandson and several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements were by the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, Silver Creek.
