Mr. Morgan was a 1938 graduate of Forestville Academy and a 1940 alumnus of Bryant and Stratton Institute in Buffalo. He was the agency manager for Metropolitan Insurance Co., where he worked from 1951 until his retirement in 1981.
A communicant of St. John Catholic Church, he was a member of Metropolitan Veterans Association and the Lakewood Rod and Gun Club.
He was the husband of Josephine E. (Spina) Morgan; son of the late Rockey and Mary (Genovese) Morgan; father of Richard A. Morgan of Waynesville, NC and Rockey V. Morgan of Matthews, NC; brother of the late Rose Pelletteri, Joseph Morgan and Francis Morgan; also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
