Mary J. Spowart (Bailey) Rice, of Welland, Ontario, Canada, formerly of North Collins, died June 30, 2004.      She was the wife of Ross Spowart and the late Frank Rice; mother of Cindy Zagorski, Stephen Rice, Frank Rice, and the late Joseph Rice; sister of James (Patricia) Bailey and the late Roy Bailey, Nancy Cammarata and Ralph Bailey; also survived by three grandchildren.      Arrangements were by Wentland Funeral Home, North Collins.
