Mr. Bridges was employed as Maintenance Supervisor at the Cattaraugus County Department of Public Works; he was also employed at Bridges Electric, Inc.
He was a member of Mount Gilead Baptist Church in Tabascot, VA, CSEA 1000, AFL-CIO, Randolph Loyal Order of Moose, social member of VFW Post #6533 in East Randolph, life member of the Square Circle Club in Salamanca, life member of North American Hunting Club, former social member of Little Valley American Legion Post #531, former member of Southern Tier Power Squadron and the Elibomwons; and past president of Federated Sportsmen. He was an avid outdoorsman.
He was the husband of LeAnn (Robbins) Bridges of Salamanca; son of Wilma (Easton) Bridges of Salamanca and the late Harold I. Bridges; father of Darlene (Pete) Hendershot of Salamanca and Dawn Bridges of New Hampshire; brother of William (Judith) Bridges of Salamanca; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
