Dan A. Smith, 51, of Springville, died March 26, 2004.      Mr. Smith was a 21-year employee and supervisor of Plant Engineering for the Ford Stamping Plant, Hamburg.      He was the son of Shirley A. Smith and the late Edward E. Smith; brother of Thomas E. (Diana) Smith, Deborah (Donald) Crampton, Richard (Karen) Smith, Don (Paula) Smith and the late Edward D. Smith.      Memorials may be made to Roswell Park.      Arrangements were by the Wentland Funeral Home, North Collins.
