Ms. Eckstrom attended Dunkirk schools and graduated from the Peter Piccilo School of Beauty. She worked at the Knights of Columbus as a waitress for three years and ran a beauty shop out of her home. She was a volunteer at the Children’s Room at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton R.C. Church where she read to the children. She enjoyed tanning, riding her bike and traveling.
She was the daughter of Terrance R. Wickham and Barbara A. Stevens; mother of Bradley Eckstrom of Fort Sam Houston, TX, and Ashley Eckstrom of South Dayton; sister of Terrance Wickham Jr. of Graham, NC, Timothy Wickham of Cherry Creek, Theodore Wickham of Dunkirk, Thomas Wickham of Richburg, SC, and Robert Wickham of Dunkirk; and granddaughter of the late Adelea Woodcock and Edwin Stevens, and Ester Collins and Clayton Wickham; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
