Mr. Kent owned and operated a dairy farm in Mansfield for many years. He was a member of the American Legion in Ellicottville, the United Church of Ellicottville and the Mansfield Fire Department. Mr. Kent was an avid outdoorsman and avid NASCAR and Buffalo Bills fan.
He was the husband of the late Barbara (Simko) Kent; son of the late Howard and Phyllis (Reynolds) Kent; father of Michael Kent, Larry (Michele) Kent, and Natalie (Paul) Hicks, all of Mansfield; and brother of Carl (Ruth) Kent of Altamonte Springs, FL, Kay (Dorothy) Kent of Great Valley, Wayne (Marilyn) Kent of Mansfield; and the late Dean Kent; also survived by eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Mansfield Volunteer Fire Department or the Ellicottville-Great Valley Ambulance Service.
