Philip J. DePasquale
     Philip J. DePasquale, 79, of Silver Creek, died Feb. 14, 2004.
     Mr. DePasquale was an owner of the former Central Drycleaners and also owned Quality Food Market and Phil's Drive-in. He was also the owner/operator of DePasquale Italian Sausage and he made Italian sausage at home. He made sausage for over 40 years.
     He was a World War II veteran, having served in the United States Army in England, France, Belgium, Luxemburg and Germany. He had reached the rank of sergeant and was awarded two Battle Stars, the World War II Victory Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, the Army of Occupation Medal, American Campaign Medal, and the European-African Middle Eastern Campaign Medal.
     Mr. DePasquale was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Silver Creek. He was also a member of the Samuel Cimino Post VFW in Silver Creek and a lifelong resident of Silver Creek.
     He was the husband of Betty (Grey) DePasquale; son of the late Philip and Stafe (Iacano) DePasquale; father of Roger DePasquale of Fredonia, Ronald DePasquale of Irving, Philip DePasquale of Jamestown and Sharon Letta of Valpariso, IN; and brother of Sam DePasquale of Silver Creek, Jean Pulvino of Dunkirk, Betty Jane Costello of Hollywood, FL, and the late Joseph DePasquale and Bertha Alessi; also survived by seven grandchildren.
     Arrangements were by the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel.
