Mr. Frank was educated at Cattaraugus Central School in Cattaraugus, Alfred State University in Alfred, and the West Virginia Institute of Technology. He lived in Millersville for 30 years.
He was an electronics engineer with the National Security Agency in Fort Meade, MD, for 32 years. He enjoyed ham radios, cars, airplanes and was a very avid reader.
Mr. Frank was a member of the Institute of Electrical & Electronic Engineers, the Clinton F. Paige Lodge #620 F.&A.M., Otto, and Odenton Lodge #210 A.F.&A.M., Odenton, MD. He was also an active member in many amateur radio groups.
He was the husband of Carol Gale Frank; son of John W. Frank Sr. of Otto and the late Anne B. Frank; father of John C. Frank of Severn, MD; and brother of Nancy (Russell) Coles.
