Ms. Lewis attended the Beechwood Country School. She was a resident of Chautauqua County for most of her life and was a full-time homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, crafts and housekeeping.
She was the wife of the late Albert D. Lewis; daughter of the late Benjamin and Julia (Chase) Lewis; mother of Julia M. Foe of Dewittville and Benjamin Lewis of Kiantone; and sister of Alta Carmello of Fredonia, Sylvia Nickerson of Cassadaga, George Lewis of Cherry Creek, and the late Nellie Stewart, Eveline Christy and Marvin Lewis; also survived by three grandchildren.
