She was the daughter of Raymond C. and Linda E. (Blesy) Bartholomew of Collins; sister of Kevin Bartholomew of Collins, Kimberly (Daniel) Tebo of West Alexandria, OH, and Krissy (Daniel) Smith of Collins; and granddaughter of Amelia Blesy of Collins, and the late Henry Blesy, Emory and Marion Bartholomew, also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Gowanda Ambulance Service, the Collins Volunteer Fire Department or the Tri-County Memorial Hospital.
