Mrs. Phillips worked as an aide at the former Gowanda Psychiatric Center and retired in 1973 after 20 years of service.
She was the wife of the late Seth Phillips; daughter of the late Charles and Minnie (Rieckhoff) Taber; mother of Vivian Dewey of Perrysburg, and the late Raymond Phillips and Helen Johnson; and sister of the late Clara Stelmach, Mary Hawk, Hildegard Foster, William, George, Charlie and Donald Taber; also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Perrysburg Volunteer Fire Department or the charity of one's choice.
