Mr. Waite sold snack foods for Frito-Lay of Tonawanda. He became self-employed as owner of Ken Waite Distributors and then Ken's Meat and Seafood.
He was the son of the late Kenneth and Dorothy (Congo) Waite; father of Cathy (Larry) Bogardus of Gowanda and the late Craig S. Waite; and sister of Susanne Smith of Little Valley; also survived by three grandsons.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
