David Kerr

David H. Kerr; 55, of Collins, died Sept. 29, 2003.      A resident of Collins for most of his life, Mr. Kerr served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.      He retired from the Erie County Highway Department following 25 years of service.      He was the son of the late Harry and Anna Belle (Bartlett) Kerr; father of Steven D. Kerr of Pittsburgh, PA, and brother of Paul Kerr of Collins and Joyce Kerr of Gowanda.      Services will be announced by the family at a later date.      Arrangements were by the Mentley Funeral Home Inc., Gowanda.
