Mrs. Sharp was employed as a private home care nurse for 14 years. She had previously been employed as head cook at Hotel Lenhart in Bemus Point.
She enjoyed cooking and needlework, crafts and playing bingo.
She was the wife of the late Basil E. Sharp; daughter of the late David and Marjorie Hogan; mother of Sherry Slavey of Leon, Kelly Gallegos of Winter Haven, FL, Marjorie Sharp of New York City; Michael Slavey of Kennedy and Patrick Sharp of Jamestown; and sister of Nancy Jones of Frederick, MD, and Marjorie Reardon of Lusby, MD; also survived by five grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
