Mrs. Bobbins earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Niagara University and master's from the University of Oklahoma at Norman. She ran the nursing staff at Lake Shore Health Care, Westfield Memorial and Indian River Memorial hospitals throughout her career.
She was the wife of Rodney Bobbins of Schenectady; daughter of Rose Ratchuk of Silver Creek and the late Edward Ratchuk; mother of Peter Gregory Brennan of Silver Creek, Thomas Brennan of Brooklyn and Lauren Smith of Castle Rock, CO; a sister of Paula Jamison-Michalek of Angola; also survived by 6 grandchildren.
