Mr. Nash was a 1928 Cherry Creek High School graduate and worked as an electrician at Gowanda State Hospital for 37 years, retiring in 1969.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church and IOOF, both of Gowanda, an exempt member of Gowanda Volunteer Fire Department and past president of Pine Grove Cemetery Association.
He was the husband of Twila K. (Dimmick) Nash and the late Evelyn (Sheldon) Nash; stepfather of Wayne Ortel of Otto and Yvonne Showers of Gowanda; brother of the late Mabel Burch and Mildred Nash, and William, Ralph, Reuben and Orlando Nash; also survived by four step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the United Methodist Church of Gowanda.
