Together with her late husband, Mrs. Hager owned and operated Hager's Greenhouse in Gowanda from 1950 to 1978.
She was a member of St. Joseph's R.C. Church, its Mothers Club and the parish Altar and Rosary Society.
She was the wife of the late Walter F. Hager; daughter of the late John and Mille (Lerch) Cotter; and mother of Neil (Jackie) Hager of San Antonio, TX, John (Iris) Hager of Lockport, Barry (Dottie) Hager of Gowanda, Dale (Barbara) Hager of Collins, Eileen (Alrick) Berggren of Louisville, NC, Nancy Ingersol (Rich Kota) of Gowanda, and Marsha Joy of San Antonio, TX; also survived by 20 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
