Cecelia Rutkowski

Cecelia T. (Panczak) Rutkowski, 88, of Silver Creek, died July 19, 2003 at Lake Shore Hospital in Irving.      A homemaker, Mrs. Rutkowski possessed a wonderful sense of humor and a contagious smile. A former member of Mount Carmel Social Club and Silver Creek Seniors, she won first place several times for her homemade costumes. She also loved crafts.      She was the wife of the late Bernard Rutkowski; daughter of the late Frank and Frances Panczak; mother of Raymond Rutkowski of Silver Creek, Dennis Rutkowski of Buffalo, and Lorraine "Lori" Golden of Brant; and sister of the late Max Panczak, Lucille Augustyn, Leo and Stanley Rutkowski; also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.      Arrangements were by the Hole-Parker Funeral Chapel, Inc.
