Fast and fancy - Something new at Pioneer Days in May 1999 is a Swing Dance contest, an energetic display of couples dancing. Shown here is Charity Campbell being lifted in an intricate move by her partner, Teno Scirri. Happening at the Hollywood - The first weekend in June 1999 attracts hundreds to Gowanda for the Harley Happening to benefit the restoration of the Hollywood Theater. A portion of West Main Street is closed down for the event, that includes an opportunity to visit the Harley-Davidson Traveling Museum. Shown is the museum and just a few of the many motorcycles on hand for the rally.
