Pioneer spirit - Many events take place during Pioneer days in 1995. Pleasant weather greets all who visit the sidewalk sales, craft show, demonstrations, midway and myriad of other entertaining displays. In the photo on the left, the Ducky Derby is a mad dash for volunteers as they latch onto the fastest swimmers that win prizes for their "owners." On the Right, a "soldier" takes a time out at the Civil War re-enactment camp set up in Creekside Park.
